This award-winning Gigl has a beautiful flower-like shape and is perfect for holding creamier sauces and pestos while making your dish look (and taste!) next level. 

Crafted consciously using traditional Italian methods and British spelt.

Northern Pasta is crafted in Cumbria with their signature blend of regeneratively grown British Spelt. They use Bronze Dies to give the pasta its incredible texture and then dry it slowly at low temperatures to enhance the delicious nutty flavour.
