Originating in the Levant during the Ottoman Empire, Shawarma is traditionally made with many thin cuts of marinated meat threaded onto a large skewer.
Our Shawarma spice blend contains a wide variety of aromatic spices, carefully blended by hand and can be used on any cut of meat to create a full flavoured marinade.
Dust liberally, add a sprinkle of salt and a drizzle of good olive oil and lemon, happy grilling.
